With a week off due to the weather and pitch conditions in Exmouth the Dimonds had a weekend to rest and recoup before their re arranged cup match .
Coming into the season the squad was suffering from a few none rugby injuries and had lost 3 players at the end of last, so boosting numbers for this season was high on the agenda.
Following the older teams initiative we asked our current squad to do some leg work with friends and class mates from school, to drag them down to All hallows for a taster in reward for a non-cash reward.
Remarkably within 2 weeks we had 5 new recruits, and within 3 weeks had all signed up with the club and RFU
We welcome Harry and Rudy and Will who will work with the forwards and Tom who looks to deepen our offering at No 9 and Max who is slotting in on the flanks.
Already all have been involved in our 2 matches this season with some promising performances.
